- We source fresh, high-quality ingredients from trusted vendors who meet strict safety and handling requirements.  

- All perishable items are stored, transported, and served according to certified food safety guidelines.  

- Seasonal and artisanal products are selected to maintain both visual and culinary excellence.

 

2. Food Safety & Compliance

- Our team is trained in food handling, sanitation protocols, and local health department requirements.  

- All food is prepared in licensed facilities or approved environments that uphold state and federal food safety laws.  

- Temperature control is actively monitored during preparation, transit, setup, and service.

 

 3. Presentation & Service Standards

- Each display—whether cart service or table spread—is assembled on-site to ensure freshness, proper staging, and visual integrity.  

- Presentation materials (boards, risers, utensils, linens, décor) are cleaned, sanitized, and quality-checked before every event.  

- Staff members are trained to maintain professionalism, discretion, and a polished service experience.

 

4. Event Execution & Timeliness

- We arrive on-site according to a predetermined timeline to ensure complete setup prior to guest arrival.  

- All equipment is inspected before and during the event to maintain performance and safety.  

- Any delays or logistical challenges are communicated promptly to the client or event coordinator.

 

5. Client Communication & Customization

- We work closely with clients to confirm menu selections, dietary needs, and service formats in advance.  

- All contracted details are documented and reviewed to ensure accuracy and alignment with expectations.  

- We aim to accommodate reasonable changes when possible, maintaining transparency about feasibility and cost implications.

 

6. Staff Training & Professional Conduct

- All team members undergo regular training on food safety, customer service, equipment handling, and presentation standards.  

- Staff are expected to maintain professional behavior and adhere to company guidelines throughout the event.  

- Any issues impacting service quality are addressed immediately and escalated to management if necessary.

- We evaluate each event through internal reviews, staff debriefings, and client feedback.
