Scope of Service

Food Service.

Preparation and presentation of charcuterie items, including but not limited to cheeses, cured meats, accompaniments, breads, produce, and related edible components.

 

Setup and Breakdown.

The arrangement and removal of all catering-related materials, equipment, and displays.

 

Staffing.

Provision of personnel reasonably necessary to execute the Services.

 

Equipment.

Supply of boards, risers, linens, decor, carts, tables, and other components customarily used by Caterer.

 

Caterer shall not be obligated to provide any services not expressly enumerated herein unless the Parties execute a written amendment.

Service Format Options:

Client shall select one of the following service formats, to be finalized no later than 14 days prior to the Event:

​

A. Mobile Charcuterie Cart.

A mobile service station capable of movement throughout the venue or positioned in a static location as directed by Client.

 

B. Table Spread Display.

A stationary tablescape, styled and arranged to accommodate guest access from designated sides as permitted by venue space.

C. Combination Format.

A combination of Sections A and B.  Subject to availability and additional charges as applicable.
